The methodology as above will also facilitate kiosks in the private sector. Such kiosks can be allowed to provide parallel services wherever the administrative intervention is not required in completing the transaction. As more and more rule based databases become available, the range of services provided by such kiosks can be expanded.
Such private kiosks will be provided connectivity to government / public databases on a nominal fee per transaction.
