Government staff has been made computer
literate. Computer hardware has been purchased. VSAT
network has been established. In short, departments
are having computer hardware, computer literate manpower,
networking, and state of the art technology. The intention
of the government to reach out to the public is also
there. SETU is a system to gel it all together.
Now the Integrated Citizen Facilitation Centre helps
in the short run to lay a foundation for improved
services in the foreseeable future, provided a roadmap
is clear and we move towards it progressively.
